Principal-led, from the first sketch.
Many studios pitch with the principal and execute with junior associates. We do not operate that way. Porcelain Sheer takes on a limited number of residential projects each year specifically so Natasha Gupta can lead every one of them.
We start with the architecture of the space — pulling down walls to improve light, correcting awkward layouts, and ensuring the circulation makes sense. Only when the bones are right do we layer in the materials, the custom joinery, and the lighting.
The result is a home that feels quiet, grounded, and unmistakably yours. It doesn’t scream for attention; it simply feels right when you walk through the door.
The process
We hold the design intent from the first space-planning meeting to the day we place the last piece of art. If a detail is drawn, it is our responsibility to see it executed correctly on site.
